# Commands & Permissions

The full command is `/betterbaltop`. You can also use `/baltop` or `/bbt` for every command below.

### Player command

| Command   | Description                             | Permission         |
| --------- | --------------------------------------- | ------------------ |
| `/baltop` | Opens the economy leaderboard on page 1 | `betterbaltop.use` |

`betterbaltop.use` is granted to all players by default. The menu can only be opened by a player, not from the console.

### Administrator commands

| Command                | Description                                                   |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `/bbt refresh`         | Refreshes every available leaderboard                         |
| `/bbt refresh all`     | Refreshes every available leaderboard                         |
| `/bbt refresh economy` | Refreshes only the Vault economy leaderboard                  |
| `/bbt refresh points`  | Refreshes only the PlayerPoints leaderboard                   |
| `/bbt status` | Shows the state, entry count, and last update for each source |

All administrator commands require:

```
betterbaltop.admin
```

This permission is granted to server operators by default. Administrator commands work from both the game and the console.

### Permission plugin example

The exact commands depend on your permission plugin. For example, you can grant regular players access to the menu by giving them:

```
betterbaltop.use
```

Only trusted staff should receive:

```
betterbaltop.admin
```

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.cheddah-development.net/plugin-documentaion/better-baltop/commands-and-permissions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
